We’re proud to announce that our own Jacqueline Dailey, of the Law Office of Paulla Hyatt-McIntire, was a contributing author of the recently published book, ?The Jurisprudence of Justice Roger Traynor, Twenty-Third Chief Justice of California.? The book is a biographical and legal analysis of Justice Traynor’s seminal cases, spanning all areas of the law, during his 30-year career as of one America’s preeminent legal minds. Jacqueline wrote essays on Justice Traynor’s work drafting the California Tax Code and on his unjust enrichment jurisprudence.
